MyCalTrack is NOT a medical device or a clinical diagnostic tool. The "Metabot AI Coach," "Flavor DNA Insights," and nutritional recommendations are provided for informational and gamified entertainment purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new diet, weight loss program, or exercise regimen. By using the app, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health decisions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the MyCalTrack mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately uninstall the app and cease all use of our services.
2. User Accounts & Safety
To use MyCalTrack, you must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your profile. You agree to provide accurate biological data (age, weight, height) to ensure the safety and efficacy of the app's metabolic calculations.
3. Premium Subscriptions
Certain features, including "Flavor DNA Analysis" and advanced "Narrative Quests," require a MyCalTrack Premium subscription. Payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are governed by the respective store's policies.
4. Social & Family Features
When you join a "Couple Hub" or "Family Hub," you consent to sharing your progress (streaks, goal completion, pet status) with other members of that group. MyCalTrack is not responsible for any disputes or interactions occurring between users within these social features.
5. Gamification & Virtual Items
"Coins," "XP," and other virtual items (like "Protein Shakes" or "Metabolic Chests") have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. These items are part of the gamified experience and may be adjusted or removed by Codeloom Software Solutions at its discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
The "MyCalTrack" brand, the "Metabot" AI character, "High-Fidelity Pet" designs, and all narrative quest content are the exclusive property of Codeloom Software Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codeloom Software Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of MyCalTrack, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or system failures.
